The Historical Society is a non-profit organization and affiliated member of the Ontario Historical Society, with a mandate to bring together individuals interested in the diverse historical aspects of Cavan Monaghan and to research, record, retain, preserve and present historical information pertaining to the area. We are grateful to the Millbrook Branch of Cavan Monaghan Libraries for housing our heritage display case, curated by Peter Ramsay.
We are also grateful for the support of our members! It is with your generous support that we are able to preserve artifacts and records of local interest and host some outstanding speakers at our gatherings. Our membership year begins September 1, so we encourage those who have not already renewed or joined to sign up at our table on August 25 at the Market. Single Membership for one year is $15; a family membership is $25.
