Thursday, October 23, 7 pm, we welcome as our guest speaker David Beaucage Johnson, presenting a dynamic talk on Indigenous Peoples Then and Now, Here and Beyond.  David is an artist, geographer, historian, cultural advisor for Petroglyphs Provincial Park and instructor in the Continuing Education Program at Trent University.  He is Mississauga Anishnaabe of the Turtle Clan, living at Curve Lake.  This, our season-opening event, will take place at the Millbrook Legion Hall, 9 King Street East, with doors open at 6:45.  There will be light refreshments, a cash bar, and once again, we will have a Membership Table set up for renewals and information.
